Our philosophy is not to introduce new products because we think the market needs them.

We do this by engaging with the users (owners, installers, retailers & manufacturers) globally and listen to what they need from a product.  We then design a product around those parameters, test the product and then ask the same users for feedback.

For example the rain edge downspout filter we were told that this product needed to:

• complement the houses architecture. 
• easy to clean and does not leave water marks down the front of the product 
• minimise debris builds up on the screen
• have a low profile to fit in tight areas where there is not much hight between the gutter and the tank.a

The feedback was incredible with our test groups, they loved the look and the functionality of the product.
